Can this work with older equipment or environments with mixed manufacturers?
Yes. We use existing PLC and sensor signals where possible, and add IoT sensors where needed. Equipment from different manufacturers can be managed through a unified dashboard.
How is the impact measured?
Once operational status is visualized, anomaly detection and response typically become faster. Quantitative impact is measured and validated during a PoC phase, using pre-deployment site conditions as a baseline.

What data is needed for predictive maintenance?
Operational logs such as vibration, temperature, current, and pressure form the foundation. Existing data can often be leveraged directly; where data is insufficient, we add sensors. We support the full flow from data collection to model building.
What kind of effects can be expected?
Anomaly detection based on learned normal patterns helps reduce unplanned downtime, and performing maintenance only when needed optimizes costs. The scope of expected effects depends on equipment type and existing maintenance practices, so we evaluate this through a preliminary assessment.

What are the benefits of migrating to RISC-V?
The biggest benefits are eliminating ARM license costs and gaining the flexibility to customize the architecture for specific use cases. Migration does involve design and verification costs, so we jointly assess ROI based on analysis of your current system.
Can existing ARM-based firmware be used as is?
Not directly, but much of the codebase is reusable. We support smooth migration through the flow of current-state analysis → migration roadmap → phased implementation and verification.
